Blogmas Day 5: Budget Beauty Gift Guide

I've put together a few gift ideas for those who want to give some beauty products as gifts but may be on a budget. I use a lot of these brands myself and the quality of them are amazing. It's not always about the price tag remember!

1. Make Up Revolution Eyeshadow Palette - €11.12
I have a similar palette to this from Make Up Revolution and I must say I love it. Their quality is really good and their prices are very reasonable. Shipping is about €4 and doesn't take too long to arrive. I love this particular palette because it's all matte and has lots of shades that would compliment most, if not all, eye colours.

2. Make Up Revolution Pro Brush Collection - €16.67
I LOVE the look of these brushes! The set contains a powder brush, contour brush, small stippling brush which would be perfect for concealer, an eyeshadow brush, a crease brush and an eyeliner/brow brush. It's a perfect starter kit or a perfect set for extra brushes to add to your collection without spending a whole lot. I think I'm definitely gonna have to pick up some of these myself.

3. Sleek Gold Standard Eyeshadow Palette - €9.49
This palette looks amazing!!!! I love gold and bronze eyeshadows so for me this is a perfect palette. It's very reasonably priced and can also be bought in Boots. The palette has two cream shadows and four shimmer powders. It's the perfect palette for a Christmas or New Year's night out.

4. Real Techniques Brushes - From €7.99
These brushes are amazing. I have a good few of them and love them. You can buy them individually or in a set and Boots often do 3 for 2 offers on them which is great. They're very affordable and I love them. My favs are the setting brush which I use for highlighting, powder brush, blush brush and the expert face brush for my foundation.

5. Primark / Penneys Contour & Sculpt Set - €4
This contour kit looks absolutely amazing. I'm a huge fan of Penneys' make up range and I cannot wait to get my hands on this. If it's anything like their highlighter then it's a definite must have!

6. Make Up Revolution Blush and Highlight Set - €19.45
This set looks amazing. It comes with two palettes; one with six shades of blushers and another with six different highlighters. I have one of their blusher palettes already and I love the colours in them. They're really pigmented and have a variety of colours to suit different skin tones. The set also comes with a blush brush and a highlighter brush which is very handy.

Blogmas Day 2: Gift Guide for Him Under €25

So yesterday's post was all about gift ideas for her for under €25 so for today I thought it'd only be fair to do the same for him! Similarly to yesterday, I've put a collage of a few gift ideas that are all under €25 so they'll be perfect for those on a budget.

You don't have to get him this exact book obviously, but giving him a book or autobiography of his fav sports players, interests etc. is a great gift idea. Eason's do great 3 for 2 offers so you could mix and match with various gifts for different people.

2. Jack & Jones T-Shirt - €14.95
T-shirts can be a great present if that's what he wears. Kevin literally wears t-shirts every single day for work and when we go out so these are always a great present for him as he's always gonna need them. Jack & Jones do great styles for a great price and I find the quality in them is really good and they wash well. Hollister also do great quality t-shirts although they can be more on the expensive side.

3. Scarf - €16.18
Scarves can be a great Christmas gift as the winter months are cold and he's gonna need to wrap up! This charcoal coloured scarf is gorgeous and a perfect gift as the neutral colour will go with anything he wears.

4. Michael McIntyre DVD - €9.99
A DVD of his fav comedian is a great gift. I got this one for Kevin a couple of Christmases ago as we had seen the show and we loved watching it back on DVD. Michael McIntyre is defo our fav comedian and this DVD was really nice to watch over Christmas together.

5. Lynx Gift Set - €16.99
A gift set of his fav deodorant is always a good idea as he's definitely gonna use it. Sam McCauley's do fab gift sets with a wash bag, deodorant, shampoo and shower gel for really good prices.

2. Soap & Glory Once Upon A Lime - €14.50
I love this set! You get 4 mini products that are all lime scented so will leave you feeling lovely and refreshed! In this you get a body wash, body scrub, body butter and hand cream and you also get a really cute loofah!

3. Sleek i-Divine Au Naturel Eyeshadow Palette - €10.49
This palette is perfect if you don't want to spend a lot of money on make up or are unsure of what make up to buy. I love the colours in this and for the price, you can't go wrong!

4. Oversized Scarf - €23.53
I personally love scarves! This tartan oversized one is gorgeous and could definitely go down a treat this Christmas. If you're looking for cheaper alternatives, Penneys/Primark do gorgeous ones for only €9.

5. Adult Colouring Book - €14.99
This isn't for everyone, but colouring books are a great way to relax and de-stress. There are a wide variety of these colouring books available that have intricate detailed patterns for you to colour. Kevin got me one as a present a few months ago and I absolutely love it.
