Laya City Spectacular - Cork

A couple of weekends ago, myself and Kevin went to Fitzgerald's Park to watch some street performers. This was our third year going and it just keeps on getting better. It's a fun and free family summer festival with lots of performers and food stalls. The sun was shining so we enjoyed it even more!

We got to see various performers perform including the Lizard Man who put a corkscrew through his nose, down his throat and through his mouth, Seb Whipits who juggled burning whips on a unicycle, Kamikaze Fireflies who did a lot of hoola-hooping and lots more amazing acts.

Summer Style Diary | Festival Vibes

Hey everyone :)

Here's another summer style post for you all. Last week I went to the Ellie Goulding concert here in Cork with Kevin and our friend Miriam (check out her YouTube channel!) :) I've never been to a festival before and for this concert I wanted to bring some festival style on board! I didn't go totally overboard or anything but just wanted to add that something extra to my outfit.

Floral Headbands

Ok I am absolutely loving this whole floral headband craze. I love the whole festival look and I really like the boho vibe these floral headbands give. I recently bought a pink one in New Look for about €5/€6 and I cannot wait to wear it on holidays. I think it'd be perfect with a maxi dress or a cute pair of shorts. Here are a few ones that I love.

Festival Fashion

Ok so since the festival season is approaching I thought I'd share some fashion inspo with you guys who are heading to various upcoming festivals this year. I must be honest and tell you that I've never been nor am I going to a festival this year (deprived!). I love the whole boho inspired look about festivals but the thought of sleeping in a tent in a filthy field for a few nights does not entice me! I found a few pics of fashion inspo that I think would be perfect for any festival this year :) For me, denim shorts, cute wellies and either a headband or a hat are a must!
